Gerald has been in the IT industry for over 12 years with experiences as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Scrum Master, and today Agile coach and Program manager.
Before devoting his work to full-time consultancy, he has worked and served in various roles at top fortune 50 companies like Pepsico, Wells Fargo, AT&T, Veterans Affairs hospital (VA), OTIS elevators, Chevron, Facebook (META), and many more.
In addition, to being a trainer, Gerald is also a coach, mentor, businessman, and best of all helper, so is the motto of SMG No Man/Woman left behind LLC.
